rental rules: RULES OF PROCEDURE
Welcome to the DRYADS of MILLY LA FORET where we wish you a pleasant stay. We are happy to welcome you in this cottage to which we have devoted a lot of time and care for your pleasure and we thank you in advance for the care you will take yourself. We ask you to observe the following recommendations so that the people who will occupy this accommodation after you find it in good condition.
Social life: All tenants must behave properly, as a good father, respect the property of the owner, not make use of objects stored on the land without prior authorization, or divert furniture or objects from their normal use. Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we would be obliged to use the right to exclude the customers who caused the disturbance. For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 pm and before 7 am.
Arrival and departure: Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 4pm. Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 11am. For your comfort, a kit is at your disposal on arrival: garbage bags, sponges, coffee filters, laundry, dishwasher tablets, household products, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil ...
An inventory would be made at the beginning and end of the stay.
Security: In case of emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for police, 112 for mobile phones). A fire extinguisher is placed in the dwelling. For the duration of the stay, children are under the responsibility of their parents. The park and orchard can be hazardous. Do not let children walk alone without being accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
Maintenance: For your peace of mind, the cleaning fee is systematically included. Tenants must nevertheless properly maintain the rented premises during their stay and upon departure leave the premises in a state of correct cleanliness.
In all cases, household appliances must be returned clean, dishes washed and stored dry, as well as kitchen countertops and tables. An indemnity of 10 € will be charged for each device returned dirty. All necessary cleaning products are made available to tenants in reasonable quantities. These products are intended to be used on site for the maintenance of the rented premises, and in no case to be taken away. Abnormally dirty floors and/or walls (including alcoholic and/or sugary drinks, soil, mud, etc.) are considered degradation.
Rooms: For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival. You are welcome to bring no food, sugary or alcoholic beverages in the Sheets. (Only bottles or pitchers of water are allowed).
Initially, the sheets will be removed and left in each room. Towels will be in the respective shower rooms.
Let's take care of the environment together: We have worked hard to set up home automation tools that simplify your life: central closing of shutters, centralized extinguishing of luminaires, automated temperature management, automatic watering, ...
Risk of bad weather: Tenants undertake to make sure to close the windows, in case of risk of rain and especially thunderstorm. Windows must be closed in case of absence. Any degradation due to rain inside the rooms will be attributable to the tenant.
Heating management: Even if the price of heating is included in the price, we invite you to have a reasoned conduct. You have a temperature of 20 °. Please do not leave the cottage with the windows open. No other means of heating (electric, gas or oil) is allowed.
Smoking: This cottage is non-smoking. Smokers are therefore invited to smoke outside and put their cigarette butts in ashtrays. Cigarette butts thrown on the ground (terraces, lawns, outbuildings, etc.) will be considered as degradation.
Garbage cans: The garbage bags provided to you will then be emptied: bathrooms and toilet included and deposited in the garbage containers at the back of the building. The municipality practices selective sorting: plastics, beverage cartons, canned goods and cardboard in the yellow garbage bins vegetable waste in the composter at the back of the building next to the bins, the glasses in the dedicated glass box, all the other waste in the brown bin. We take care of their removal which is done in principle on Tuesday evening – brown bin – and Thursday evening – yellow bin -.
Garden furniture: 1 garden furniture - table, chairs - is at your disposal in the shed on the North-West terrace. The tenants will take care of installing it outside according to their will, but will also take care of storing it at the end
Parking: To facilitate the circulation of other homes, we will ask you to make sure to park in the car park. We ask you not to park in front of our entrance, in front of the garage door of the cottage and in the orchard.
Park and orchard: tenants can walk or cycle through the park and orchard.
The East and North-West terraces and their surroundings are the "private spaces" of the tenants of the cottage. The park and orchard are spaces that we share with our guests.
Our private space is delimited by the driveway and strictly prohibited, especially for children.
Children are under the responsibility of their parents (or the persons in their care).
Pets are not allowed.
Theft: The cottage declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of personal items.
The maintenance of the grounds of the cottage: During mowing, we will be required to intervene during your stay, ditto for the watering of flowers. We will make sure to respect your privacy.
Telephone, internet: You have free wifi internet access. The user undertakes not to use the WI-FI service for illicit, prohibited or illegal purposes.

The keys: In order to facilitate your arrival, access to the cottage is by a code that is provided to you before your arrival.
All interior doors are equipped with locks with a key; at the end of the stay each key must be left on the corresponding door. In case of loss of a key notify the owner.
Damage: Each damage will give rise to reimbursement to the owner of the costs of replacement or restoration. Each violation of the rules of procedure will give rise to the invoicing of an indemnity of 10 euros. In case of damage(s), the deposit is kept by the owner for the time to estimate the cost of replacement or restoration and in any case will be returned within one week of the rental.
Tenant's insurance: The tenant is obliged to contract with his Insurance Company a Rental Civil Liability Protection called "VILLEGIATURE" insuring all the premises entrusted to him, for damage such as fire, explosion, water damage that could be caused by himself or by his hosts and this, during the rental period. A certificate of insurance drawn up in the name of the tenant must be attached to the rental contract
In case of problem: In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us without delay. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No refund for troubleshooting or repair can be taken into account without our agreement. In case of breakage, disaster or degradation please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent.
